Victor was the brand name of The Overman Wheel Company in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Overman built tricycles since 1884.
They started building top market ordinaries in 1885, which evolved into the marvellous light roadster in 1887. They kept on building the 'old' model under the name 'roadster'.
Victor was very innovative and also built some marvellous safety bicycles, in the early years with the 'spring fork'.
